IVAO is what it is because of its members' pride and community spirit. For almost 25 years, IVAO has continued to deliver a free-to-use, community-based aviation environment that inspires the next generation of aviation enthusiasts and professionals worldwide to achieve their dreams.
A few months ago, we released a statement regarding our annual expenses, and the essential role donations play in our organisation. Thanks to you, we have received almost 15,500€ in donations, to date!
This has brought us a giant step closer to covering our annual costs of over 15,000€ and to providing our services 100% free of charge to everyone.
Seeing that our community spirit is so extensive and that our users want to do more, be more, is nothing short of amazing! Over 800 volunteers are engaging daily to provide uninterrupted services for our 250,000+ registered members and thousands of those users enjoying our network services on a daily basis.
We are proud of what this community has achieved so far!
2022 has brought many exciting changes for you - new servers, a fresh voice system, rebuilt web systems, modern tours and events, and dozens of other features in use every day to enhance your IVAO experience.
This coming year promises to be even more thrilling! We can't wait to take off with you again with the return of our Crowded Skies Event scheduled for December 2023. And that's not all! With more to look forward to next year, and in the up-and-coming months, on software, web and training.
