Behaviour Standards
IVAO operates with clear rules that set standards for how users should behave on the network. These rules are there to ensure that interactions remain respectful and that everyone can enjoy the IVAO experience without feeling uncomfortable or unsafe.
We take harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour very seriously. By setting those standards, IVAO aims to prevent problems before they happen and to deal with them fairly if they do.
Safeguarding and Moderation
Safeguarding is a key part of how IVAO operates. Trained supervisors and staff members constantly monitor the network to ensure that rules are followed and that concerns are handled properly.
IVAO uses Behavioural Awareness Measures to manage situations in a fair way. These systems allow issues to be reviewed carefully, protect those affected and support a safe environment for all users.
Our Staff believe that the fight against cyberbullying and online abuse is a key part of IVAO’s commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Through clear rules, active moderation, and an educational approach, we work every day to maintain the quality and safety of the network.
Safeguarding of Minors
IVAO places particular emphasis on the safeguarding of minors in the community.
We always ensure that younger members are protected and are able to participate safely and confidently in the network.
