To our IVAO Family,
As we send this message, our global community is split across two years. We hope you and your families have had a relaxing holiday season and will enjoy a very Happy New Year.
This coming year will be special for IVAO as we enter our 25th anniversary year, a tremendous achievement for our organisation and only possible thanks to your valued commitment and daily involvement. Throughout the year, you have kept us extremely busy by completing 1,200 practical exams, and 5,000 theoretical exams, being one of the 22,500 new registrations, participating in one of the 409 events we have hosted this year and filing 450,000 reports across 13 World Tours culminating in the issuing of 4682 World Tour badges.
We want to also deliver in this message how incredibly thankful and grateful for the time that each of our staff members dedicates to IVAO daily to keep us up and running in every corner of the world we currently touch. Thanks to their hard work, our network enters a new year and its silver anniversary year with solid foundations to continue the positive drive to change IVAO’s landscape and deliver you an advanced, modern and active community to enjoy.
This year we have seen the introduction of World Server, Voice ATIS and Voice Unicom. We have expanded our coverage of IVAO to more countries than ever before. We have furthered our simulation reach by being compatible with nearly two decades of significant flight simulation platforms. We have opened our doors to the world's content creators to help us spread the message about IVAO to every person in the flight simulation family. We have delivered intriguing and enjoyable events and tours to engage our community in the true spirit of our organisation.
Given that we did not have complete availability of our web services for a considerable period, much has been achieved, and much more will follow next year.
Our focus for 2023 continues to be on the delivery of the organisation's strategy, the removal of legacy clients, the implementation of a new training vision, more partnered events, the continuation of captivating tours, new web systems and further integration with our external partners.
